Blog Entry #1

Hey guys!

I just wanted to ask; do you guys like/need/use this site? At all? I don’t see a point of having it if nobody likes it, as it’s hard work.

So, let’s have a poll!

Cheers,

Website Update – 01/16/13

That’s right! Our website has been updated! We now have a new background, and plenty of new pages. Most of them aren’t finished though.

Since I have a lot of work to finish by tomorrow, I won’t be able to get them on today. I’ll try, but I can’t possibly get all of them.

Have a nice day!

Firefox OS Impressions

Mozilla is going in to the operating system world! That is to say, mobile. The operating system is still in development, but is able to fully run on Android devices. According to their webpage, Firefox OS is open source.

Time for the review! Firefox OS is a very fast operating system. For web developers, it has never been easier to create applications freely! Users and developers aren’t locked in to one platform, so they can access their info and use apps across multiple devices. OEMs and operators will be able to provide content and services across their entire device portfolio, regardless of OS.

We give Firefox OS a 8.5/10.

+ Ability to write applications in HTML5

+ Very fast

+ Free, and Open-Source

Not the best App Market

I don’t believe they’ll surpass Apple, Microsoft and Google.

Cheaper iPhone TBR

Digitimes has recently stated a rumor about Apple releasing a cheaper iPhone in the second half of 2013. The new iPhone, “iPhone 5S” will most likely have a plastic back cover, and specs like the iPhone 4S.

Other rumors have stated differently. Additionally, the iPhone 5S may have a chassis mixed with plastic and metal. Other rumors say that it may have a chassis mixed with plastic and glass, but most likely not the materials that the iPhone 5 is made of.

I believe that Apple will release this iPhone, with the specifications of the iPhone 4S. I would like the iPhone 5S to still have the 4 inch display, maybe not retina. It’ll probably have the camera of the iPhone 4, but the chip will probably be A5, like the iTouch 5. Apple could save space by using the new lightning connecter, but, again this iPhone is suppose to be a combination of the iPhone 4s, iPhone 4, and iPhone 5.

Introducing Ubuntu Mobile OS

That’s right! If you haven’t heard, Ubuntu has released their operating system for mobile phones.

The “Ubuntu Phone” is the very first phone that has touch display for every inch of the screen. Ubuntu Phone provides a fast and beautiful experience, even on inexpensive hardware, Ubuntu stated.

Could this phone beat the rest? Not in at least 2-3 years. I’m sticking to my Android, which runs smoothly enough. How about you guys?  Going to make the switch?

Happy New Year!

Hey everyone!

I hope you’re all having a wonderful holiday. 2012 has been a great year for us! We earned 95 subscribers in our first 2 months! If it wasn’t for you guys, we wouldn’t be doing any of this anymore. You guys are what make iNokiaGalaxy possible, and we would like to thank you for that! Anyways, we’ve postponed our current giveaway to later in mid-January. A reason for this is because it’s going to be our very last giveaway. After that it’s just reviews, unboxings, tech news, and gaming!

Happy Holidays!
